Augustine Mendoza || Director of Spiritual Life

For the past 7 years, Augustine has worked on staff at ORU and operated as a campus pastor. Augustine is passionate about discipleship for Gen Z.

While his primary responsibility is co-Directing the ORU Missions & Outreach department with his wife, Allie, he also leads in a variety of other capacities at ORU. Augustine regularly speaks on discipleship, leadership development for young leaders, sexual integrity, and pursuing Jesus wholeheartedly.

Augustine serves as a member of the Empowered 21 NextGen team and loves engaging with youth and young adult leaders around the world.

Augustine earned his undergraduate degree in Ministry & Leadership from ORU in 2016. Shortly afterwards, Augustine earned his Masters in Practical Theology (MA) from ORU in 2019.

Some of Augustine’s favorite things include traveling to new places, playing basketball, supporting the OKC Thunder, shopping fresh sneakers, discussing digital trends, or going on dates with his wife, Allie.

Allie Mendoza || Associate Director of Spiritual Life

Allie Mendoza is passionate about empowering young adults to live missionally and reaching the nations with the Gospel. After earning her undergraduate degree in Ministry and Leadership with a Missions concentration from ORU, Allie married her husband Augustine, and they felt called to serve in ministry together. Since 2018, Allie and Augustine have served as the campus pastors at ORU, including co-directing Missions & Outreach, overseeing the Chaplain Leadership Program, and assisting with ORU Chapel Services. Allie is also a member of the Empowered 21 NextGen Team, co-hosts World Impact, and serves as an adjunct professor. She finished her Master of Divinity in 2020, and her favorite things are traveling, camping, backpacking, books, and her dog, Rory.

Gabby Williams || Administrative Outreach Coordinator

Gabby Williams is passionate about discipling young adults to follow Jesus wholeheartedly, grow as emotionally healthy leaders, and actively pursue God's call on their lives. As a student at ORU, Gabby held various leadership roles, including in the Chaplain Leadership Program and as a team leader in ORU Missions and Outreach. She graduated from ORU in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Ministry and Leadership and completed her Masters in Professional Counseling (LPC track) in 2022. As a staff member at ORU, Gabby served over the Chaplain Leadership Program. Gabby loves hiking, camping, grabbing a cup of coffee with friends, traveling, reading a good book, and is an avid Christmas enthusiast.

Nate Sink || Community & Donor Relations Coordinator

Nate Sink is passionate about sharing the gospel, empowering the body of Christ to step out in boldness, and raising up leaders committed to following Jesus. Having transferred to ORU in January 2022, he will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in December. Following graduation, he plans to pursue a Master of Arts in Practical Theology at ORU. Nate’s been actively involved in Missions & Outreach since arriving on campus, participating in missions to Athens, Greece in 2022, leading the Tanzania team in 2023, and serving on the Missions & Outreach student staff as a Missions Coordinator. Apart from his life as a student, he enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball, coffee, traveling, reading, supporting the Indianapolis Colts, and spending time with family and friends.
