Missions HQ

Have a question? Need a form?
We’ve got you!

  • Passport Instructions

Getting your passport is one of the first and most important steps in preparing for your mission trip! We’ll walk you through the process step by step, whether you’re applying for the first time or renewing your current passport.

  • Petition for Policy Exception

We know life happens, and sometimes you may need to miss a missions training or event. If that’s the case, you’ll need to submit a Petition for Policy Exception. While exceptions aren’t guaranteed, we want to work with you to help you stay on track with your team.

  • Team Agreement

Every missions team operates on unity, trust, and shared expectations. Our Team Agreement outlines the commitments each member makes to one another—things like showing up prepared, respecting leadership, and serving with humility. Filling out the apllication and signing the agreement means you’re committing to the ORU Missions process.

  • How To Donate

    Donating online via TouchNet
is quick and secure! You can donate to a specific team or student, set up recurring donations, or make a one-time gift for scholarships, general use, or to fill a particular or practical need.

  • Fundraising Guide

Raising support doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—we’re here to help! The Fundraising Guide gives you creative ideas, practical tips, and proven strategies to help you share your story and invite others to partner with you.

  • Fundraising Permission Form

Before you start doing fundraiser, you’ll need to complete the Fundraising Permission Form. This ensures you’re following ORU and ORU Missions policies as you fundraise.

  • Mission Fund Allocation Form

Did you raise funds for Summer 2025 but were unable to go? If you have funds you’d like to allocate to a fellow student to be used for Summer 2026, fill out this form.

  • Immunization Information

Your health and safety matter to us! Certain countries require immunizations before entry, and our immunization information page will guide you through what’s recommended or required for your trip. We’ll make sure you have the details you need to prepare well and stay healthy while serving abroad.

  • Emergency Info Form

The Emergency Info Form makes sure we have important contacts and health details on file, just in case. We hope we never have to use it—but having this information ensures that if an emergency arises, we can respond quickly and care for you well.

  • Parental Consent Form

If you’re under 22 on May 2, 2026 your parent or guardian will need to complete a Parental Consent Form. This gives permission for you to participate in missions.

  • Petition for Flight Exception

ORU Missions brings all students back to Tulsa for debriefing, but the Petition for Flight Exception gives you a way to request approval to fly to a different destination for unique circumstances. Exceptions are on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the Director.
