We believe in partnering with what God is already doing all over the world.

We send teams of college students all around the globe every summer. Here’s a snapshot of where we currently work:

get to know our teams!

  • STUDENT LED

All of our teams are led by college students! Each team is guided by a Team Leader (TL) and Assistant Team Leader (ATL) who have completed six months of intensive leadership training in preparation for their trip.

  • TRAINING

Preparing for cross-cultural ministry is at the heart of our office! Teams form in November, and then our whole department gathers for bi-weekly training in the Spring semester to be as prepared as possible for the mission field.

  • WEEKLY TEAM MEETINGS

Teams meet once a week in the Spring semester to build relationships and unity. We want our teams to know each other well and trust one another before they arrive in-country.

  • ROPES WEEK

ROPES is one week of intensive training before teams depart, designed to be challenging, encouraging, unifying, and to prepare teams spiritually, relationally, and emotionally. It's a requirement that every student completes ROPES before their trip.

  • MINISTRY

We seek partnerships with strong, established ministries that desire a fresh boost of encouragement to help sustain their work long after we’re gone. Our teams are equipped and ready to serve in a variety of ways, including children’s and youth ministry, construction, service projects, preaching, teaching, discipleship, education, orphan care, sports ministry, street evangelism, church ministry, homeless outreach, and worship.

  • READY TO SERVE

Our teams arrive eager and ready to dive in! After months of training and preparation, they come equipped, energized, and committed to making a meaningful impact. These are high-capacity leaders who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and serve with excellence in a variety of contexts.
