Emergency Protocol

The ORU Missions Director is Allie Mendoza, and the Assistant Director is Gabby Williams. One of them serves as the on-call Director at all times, providing 24/7 support to teams while they are in the field.

Our Directors are available day or night, and each Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader is trained to contact the on-call Director in the event of an emergency or to communicate any important updates.

Director On-Call Schedule:
Week 1 — Allie
Week 2 — Gabby
Week 3 — Allie

In the event of an emergency, the on-call Director will immediately reach out to the emergency contact listed on the student’s form.
If you need to speak with a Director, please call 918-495-7728, and you will be connected.
